Excellent book, great range of recipes
I own a number of indian cookbooks, and I have 2 that spend more time in my kitchen than on my bookshelf. I think the best thing about this book is that it gives you a really wide range recipes from different regions. It's not really a beginner's book, some of the recipes have quite long spice lists, but the results are outstanding. I highly recommend this book.
