Now in its 14th edition, 'A Field Guide to Australian Trees' covers more than 400 species representing some 80 different genera. Better known groups like the acacias and eucalypts are well represented but a special effort has been made to include a large number of species from Australia's diverse rainforests. Each entry includes notes on distribution and habitat, a description of the tree's key botanical features, and notes on its commercial use and horticulture. The book is illustrated with 150 colour photographs and numerous line drawings.
