Franklin dearly wants to be a big kid - just like his neighbourhood hero, Jack Rabbit. So Franklin starts wearing his baseball cap backwards and asks his parents to buy him a skateboard. Then Franklin helps Jack Rabbit with his paper round, and discovers that being a big kid can be hard work!
