Victor is a good pup and always does what he's told. Butch is small and bad and loves being naughty.
It's holiday time and Victor and Butch and their owners, Miss Loopy and Miss Froopy Frou-Frou are going on a cruise. On board the ship, the two young pups meet the Captain's dog, Lord Lah-di-dah, who is very impressive indeed! Can Butch be as cool as Lord Lah-di-dah? Will Victor be left out in the cold?
