Very enjoyable book. Plot keeps a steady pace for most and does not drag out. Main character Jesse is an Australian teen stuck in a big and daunting and destroyed Manhattan; trying to survive with three of his friends. Brings up some harsh realities and horrors of what war torn areas must be like and had some interesting twists to keep you thinking!
Would probably be good for people who like the Cherub series or maybe even Tomorrow When the War Began.
