A little girl never goes anywhere without Baba, her old comfort blanket. She even takes it on a country walk with her big brothers and sister, and when the high gates, the huge frightening cows, and the scary streams make her cry, she clings tightly to her beloved blanket. But then something horrible happens to Baba, and the little girl knows she has to be brave . . .
