Baby Bear is at the park with Papa Bear where he feeds the ducks, flies a kite and meets a helpful caterpillar when his kite gets caught in a tree. Then it rains for a whole week, and the next sunny day that Papa Bear takes Baby Bear back to play in the park is a very windy day. So windy that Baby Bear flies way up in the air over the whole town hanging onto his kite! He can even see Mama Bear down below, hanging out the washing. It’s all very fun, but how is he to get down?
