Ned doesn't mean to be naughty, but somehow he just seems to be in the wrong place at the wrong time, such as when Bill and Corky are trying to paint their shed. They have invented a wondrous painting machine but soon Ned is holding on to it for his life as it careers out of control through the town - painting everything in sight!
Bottle Top Bill (and his best friend Corky) blazed into preschoolers' imaginations in 2006. The average viewing audience for the first series, which was shown on the ABC, was 350,000 per episode.
