Turkish gangster Sercan Ozdemir's plans to use the Park Royal Mafia muscle to make a name for himself have ended in a bloodbath as he walks into a trap engineered by DCI Harrison. Whilst The Brothers, Psycho and the rest continue policing their north Manchester cesspit, better known as Horse's Arse, Ozdemir realises that his redemption lies in eliminating those he knows have betrayed him. Adding to the chaos and bloodshed, the uniform cops of Horses Arse deal with a new menace threatening society - football hooliganism - which rears its ugly head after the FA Cup Semi-Final.
