'Brazil' is regarded as Terry Gilliam's masterpiece as well as perhaps the cultiest of cult movie classics. The film has spawned documentaries, books and over 1,000 web sites, but here for the first time is the original, full, restored, previously unseen 1977 Terry Gilliam/Charles Alverson screenplay complete with Gilliam's notes and sketches which became the blueprint for the final Tom Stoppard Oscar-nominated screenplay.
