Bushranger Bill loves Tourmaline Lil, and brings her treasures from far and near to furnish the bower he has built for her. But others have eyes for Lil, especially the bad Captain Bluff, who snatches her away. Bushranger Bill has her right on his side, and a clever plan as well, and so he dons a cunning disguise to trap the evil Captain Bluff.
