A small rhyming story about a seahorse and his human friends. Cedric The Seahorse emerged from a wave onto a shingle beach in Suffolk in the early summer of 1998. The stories about Cedric are in a simple rhyming form with natural momentum that is easy for children to read. The illustrations are colourful, amusing and full of detail to entertain young children when the story is being read to them. Cedric has some very human failings that make him an endearing and 'real' character. He and his friend Polly have a series of adventures that highlight the differences between their two lives.
