Christie Golden is an American author who lives in Loveland, Colorado, USA with her artist husband and their two cats. She has written over thirty novels and several short stories in fantasy, horror and science fiction. She has over a million books in print. In addition to writing several original fantasy novels, she authors over a dozen Star Trek and Starcraft novels. An avid World of Warcraft player, Golden has written several works that take place in that world, with more projects forthcoming.
