Jane and Michael didn't like their old nanny, and they're not sure they're going to like Mary Poppins either - she looks a bit like a wooden Dutch doll! But they change their minds when they see Mary Poppins slide up the banisters - and then unpack several very exciting things from an empty carpet-bag.
Now they're just worried that she will leave them - because she's only promised to stay until the wind changes . . .
