In the violent ganglands of urban America, Rusty-James, at 14, has one burning ambition: to be like his fearless brother the Motorcycle Boy. But the Motorcycle Boy is through with gangs - it was just a bunch of punks killing each other, like rumble fish.
But Rusty-James has to defend his own reputation for toughness and his blind desire leads in the end to an explosive and tragic climax.
