When Coraline moves with her parents to a new house she is fascinated by the fact that their 'house' is in fact only half of the house! Divided in to flats years before there is a brick wall behind a door where once there was a corridor. Coraline being an inquisitive and bored girl opens the door one day to find that the wall has gone and in its place is the corridor.
As she wanders down it a nightmare-ish mystery begins that takes Coraline in to the arms of stranger parents and a family that seems almost normal but it just isn't! Can Coraline get out. Can she find her real parents. Is she indeed trapped! A brilliant, tension filled and very scary story that really does prickle the hairs on the back of your neck.
