Programming the Access and DAO Object Models.
Intermediate - Advanced Level Users
This book, written for advanced Access users or keen intermediate users, details the two Access object models, with code samples to use in VBA and/or VB/Script. It includes an introduction and a brief description of the differences between VBA (used in most Office applications) and VBScript (used in Outlook). The book also covers Office utilities and add-ons helpful in writing and debugging code. It covers both the Access Object Model and Data Access Objects.
Each section describes what each object represents; includes a listing of properties, events, and methods; and provides one or more code samples illustrating its use in VBA and/or VBScript code. This book will be the reference guide VB developers reach for when working with data in Access tables, or manipulating components of the Access interface from other Office applications.
