If you are not experienced with gluten-free requirements, give this book a wide berth. Clements' "safe" ingredient list contains no-no's such as soy sauce (without specifying Gluten-Free soy) and frequently doesn't stipulate when the user should be using a gluten-free version of a particular ingredient.
Very poor editing, with errors galore. One recipe calls for dried lasagne sheets but talks about fresh pasta (using a pasta machine)in the method. Another suggests accompanying a meal with Lebanese bread.
