Mark McLaren observes his world alone, through the lens of a camera. Nicole Lloyd, beautiful schoolgirl and part-time model, is running away from the camera. She wants to be anonymous. She wants to be ugly. She wants the phone calls to stop.
When Mark photographs Nicole at the local pool, their worlds become precariously linked. Mark is forced to ask himself: when does the viewer become a voyeur and when does a subject become the victim?
