Face The Music: A Life Exposed
Every KISS fan has their favourite member, and for me it has always been Paul Stanley and I couldnt wait to get stuck into Face The Music. This was always going to be the best book written by one of the four founding members of KISS and it didnt disappoint me at all. Paul reveals he was born with an ear deformity and is deaf in one ear and opens up about how this has affected his life, especially growing up. Paul tells his story honestly and at times inspires with his never give up attitude. Paul has been the driving force behind one of musics most enduring and successful bands for 40 years and his story is a great one. After reading the KISS story many times by many people, I was expecting Pauls side of the story to be much the same, however Paul shares many tales about his fellow band members and their antics that I hadnt heard before, especially about his fellow KISS co-founder, Gene Simmons.
