The computer models point to a natural disaster of unimaginable proportions - but the action required will not necessarily benefit his country, or in particular the economic interests which put him in the White House.
The President sets in motion a top-secret plan of action, a plan which could affect the lives of hundreds of millions of people, and the livelihoods of hundreds of millions more. People start to die - just one or two, but these are the people who know, and their numbers are shrinking every day.
