Personal chef Jane Coxwell joined Diane von Furstenberg's sailing yacht, Eos, in 2009, and has since traveled throughout Southeast Asia, New Zealand, Australia, Papua New Guinea, French Polynesia, the Caribbean, and Central America cooking fresh, healthy meals with flavors from around the globe for a star-studded list of guests on the yacht. While Jane has had the opportunity to work with the world's best ingredients, her food is never extravagant or ornamental. Above all, Jane believes that while relaxing and traveling-as well as in everyday life-people just want fresh food that looks good, tastes great, and is thoughtfully prepared, and the bigger the names, the more they appreciate her fresh, low-key approach to food.
