The main objective of this standard, two-part dictionary is to present and define terms relating to geology in particular and earth sciences in general. Although there are many geology dictionaries in English, such as Challinor's Dictionary of Geology and Oxford Dictionary of Geology & Earth Sciences, this is the only dictionary in the Welsh language. -- Cyngor Llyfrau Cymru
