Desperation forces twins Cuthbert and Fatima to leap from a speeding train into the blackness of a late October night. It's almost Halloween and at last the Gruesome Twosome have run away from the circus! But evil ringmaster Macabre is soon on their trail and the death-defying duo - the finest knife-throwers in the land - must evade his clutches, or face being kept captive for the rest of their lives!
