Created by the authors of HowToBeADad.com-a parenting entertainment site launch in January 2011-these sleep positions have since gone viral in social media (proving just how universally relatable this content among commiserating moms and dads). The Guide to Baby Sleep Positions is a visual catalog of ways that co-sleeping with a baby can completely sabotage the night. "H is for Hell" is a popular example; in this position, the sleeping baby rotates horizontally across the middle of the bed, forcing mom and dad to outer edges. Each diagram is paired with a bulleted text that outlines the particulars of each position: its Sleep-Deprivation Ranking; tips for coping; side effects you'll feel the next day; and what this position reveals about the hidden "talents" of your child. The guide will feature some of the most popular positions posted so far, but two-thirds of the content will be unique to the book.
