Invoicing companies for such crimes as wasting their time, for making them listen to automated telephone messages and for publishing Dan Brown, Howard and Johnstone hilariously set out to make some money back from the things that irritate us on a seemingly hourly basis. In some cases they are successful, in others bamboozled by replies from office workers who clearly have too much time on their hands, the results are always laugh-out-loud funny.
