When the ranger catches Shuffle the Pug without his collar, Sarge must bail the pug out of the pound. Shuffle claims he was mugged, but Jack suspects he is lying. With help from Foxie and Lord Red, Jack sets up an 'obbo'. Then Red and Foxie are mugged. Jack sets himself up as bait and tracks the missing collars to a market stall. Jack organises a guerrilla team of dogs - a jack-pack - to recover the collars, and takes ingenious steps to make sure it can never happen again.
