Thicky and Nobby find an old discarded bike near the railway tracks. Nobby thinks the bike is rubbish; Thicky, however, can see "potential" and they hatch a plan: each rider puts twenty cents in a jar, and the person who dares to ride the bike to the bottom of the hill, wins the loot. Thinking themselves pretty clever, Thcky and Nobby think they have it all sewn up, but will there be a surprise?
