Monte's work has been seen on dozens of novel covers, comic book covers, magazines and many other publications. In 2002, Monte was chosen from over 100 artists worldwide to create a limited edition pin-up print for the Uniquely Playmates line of collectables for Playboy. One of only four artists worldwide chosen for such an honour.
Currently, Monte's work can be seen on many role-playing games, Playstation 2 covers and many other fantasy sci-projects. Monte annually donates artwork to the San Diego Comic-Con, where this year he was recognized as one of the Gusets of Honour. Monte's yearly donation regularly sells as one of the top two highest selling pieces of art, competing with artists from all over the world for this honour. Monte's loyal fans continue to make him a favourite at conventions and art shows the world over.
