The 38 designers featured in this book are leaders in their fields and here their range of work is displayed to show the quality of their craftsmanship and their design skills. While all use traditional techniques they reinterpret them to create items of appeal today. Between them these designers have created 45 new projects especially for this volume and these designs range from small embroidered pictures and delicate lace doilies though to large wall quilts and colourful woven and hooked rugs. For these projects there are detailed, clear instructions on how each project can be reproduced.
