The latest issue of the magazine `Matador N` profiles the legendary Spanish chef Ferran Adria in a moment of transition, after the closure of his restaurant El Bulli, but before his new project, the elBulli Foundation, opens its doors. Adria shared with `Matador N` his experiences, obsessions and influences, and his plans for the future. Also included is a CD with four new songs by Peter Gabriel.
