The Professor is quite crazy and has cogs for goggles. He fears creepy crawlies, wild creatures, and sea creatures. He makes these animals up using gear wheels and pivots. When the gears are correctly positioned you can make the animals move. This gives Professor Coggles full control and he is not frightened any more.
