An Animal Exercise Book for You!

This book has 24 animal actions that will help kids (and grown-ups!) build strength and flexibility and improve co-ordination and balance. The wonderful illustrations are accompanied by rhymes which, when read aloud, give readers a sense of the rhythm of each animal. The movements are then described in the back of the book and are separated into three levels of difficulty so everyone can join in the fun.
