This book was pretty good, but it wasn't what I had expected. There is a lot of information and a lot of detailed pictures and it does cover a lot of different areas of mythology, but I had been hoping for a kind of detailed encyclopedia-type book (where there would be the name of a legend and then information about the legend) but instead the book was more like a text-book, with information about one legend streaming into the next and becoming quite boring at times. Overall the book is very informative but if you are buying it just for general information about well-known and not so well known Myths, then your money would be better spent on something else.
