Accompanying the words of the song are nostalgic oil paintings that tell the moving story of a young girl who is leaving her home on the farm but knows that wherever she goes, her great-grandparents are watching over her.
The paintings are based on photographs of the Judd family farm and Naomi's own great-grandparents.
