New York-based photographer James Houston is a leading beauty and celebrity photographer. For his latest project, Houston has shot luxuriant, saturated color portraits of some of the world's leading environmentally conscious celebrities--(including Adrian Grenier and Emma Watson) and supermodels (including Christy Turlington, Elle Macpherson, Arizona Muse and Anja Rubik)--each with nature as the inspiration for the portrait. The models have been photographed with a simple natural object - for example, drift wood, stone, coral or metal, or graphic images of natural objects - that depict human form with the beauty of nature. The book will include an introduction by Matt Petersen, President & CEO of Global Green USA. Houston's project aims to raise awareness about environmental issues, and to raise funds for Global Green USA.
