One windy day Noddy gave Tessie Bear a lift to the market. Noddy wanted to buy Tessie a present and he bought a beautiful kite from the Wobbly-Woman's stall. Tessie and Noddy set off for Mr Straw's farm to fly the kite in his field, but very soon everything starts to go wrong. Suddenly the whole of Toy Town is in chaos!
