One man went to mow, one man and his dog, Spot -- who buried his bone. Spot then goes on to bury more and more outrageous items mostly borrowed bravely from the house of a nearby dog, until the dog finally retaliates and Spot has to find something else to bury.
This accumulative childhood rhyme with a great twist makes a lovely fun picture book for the very young.
