Otto is a kid racecar driver, an inventor, and a very bad singer. Otto also loves wacky wordplay. He lives with his two nutty aunts FiFi and FooFoo, who are the pit crew for his gadget-geared racecar, named "Racecar". They've yet to lose a race. When competitive Wilson Carlson Fullsom tries to sabotage Otto and Racecar for a $1 million prize, and two thugs set out to steal Racecar, these dumb guys will learn they are no match for Otto. Otto, too, has something to learn - he's the son of two undercover agents!
