This book is a massive revision of the first anthology of writing on the world's greatest cricketer. It contains over 150 pieces written over 75 years, from the mid-1920s to the present day.
The book includes all the great cricket writers of the 20th century - Cardus, Peebles, Pollock, A A Thompson, Robinson, Fingleton, Fry, Warner, Noble, Robertson-Glasgow - alongside modern contributors such as Haig, Carlyon, Engel, Frith and Derriman himself. The book also incorporates several pieces recently written both in Australia and over seas after Sir Donald's death. It is also illustrated for the first time with rare photographs from the Bradman Museum and stills taken from original footage.
