From the moment she meets Julian, Randy's crazy about him. He appears out of nowhere one day, and says his family is moving into the deserted house next door.
Julian never comes to school, and he's got some unusual ideas about having fun. He likes to scare people. Soon Randy does, too.
But now Julian's tricks are getting scarier and scarier. In fact, they're starting to turn deadly. Julian isn't the boy Randy thinks he is at all. And she has no idea just how terrifying he can be.
