I learnt so much from this book.
I purchased this book as I was interested in what it can teach me about building a property portfolio. I already have some investment properties but this book taught me so much that I didn't know about property and now I have learned some of the mistakes I have made. I feel very excited to buy my next property now. I would highly recommend this book to anyone who is starting out to invest because you can get started the right way after reading this book! But if you already have some properties, there is still lots to learn from this book and it might make you reassess your portfolio and get excited by what you want to do next. I really like how it also tells the back story of the author as he is just an average person, but he was able to do it so makes me excited that I can do it too!
