Prince Carlos Charles Charming is much better at making jokes than acting princely. But he does his best to do both, with help from his adorable pet dragon, Smudge, his friend Pinky, who'd rather be a painter than a princess, and his patient, understanding parents, the king and queen.
When another prince disappears on a dangerous quest, Carlos is sent after him.
