In the Second series, Queen Tatania needs Rachel and Kirsty's help once again, this time to aid the Weather Fairies against Jack Frost and his nasty goblins. Even though Jack Frost promised not to trouble the Rainbow Fairies, he never said anything about the Weather Fairies!!!
It's up to Rachel and Kirsty to help the Weather Fairies reclaim the feathers for the weather- vane cockrel, who is in charge of the weather.
