In the first series Rachel and Kirsty meet on a ferry, on the way to Rainspell Island for a holiday. The magical adventures begin when the girls hunt for the end of a rainbow and to their surprise find a little Ruby -Red Fairy trapped in a Pot!
And so begins Rachel & Kirsty's adventure to bring colour back to fairyland by finding the seven Rainbow Fairies who were banished by the evil Jack frost.
