Nick, Katie and laura are staying with Laura's grandparents in their beautiful old manor house. When the children hear how family treasure was hidden long ago, they are determined to find it and thus save the family estate from being sold. However, when half of a map they have discovered is stolen, it seems they are not the only ones who are looking for the treasure.
