Anne Malver, a published poet and author, and Cari Sample Malver, an award-winning tapestry weaver, have admired each other's artistic passions for decades, dreaming of collaborating on a creative project. Timing and inspiration finally aligned. Perhaps most remarkable is that no poem was written to pair with a specific weaving, and no weaving was created to complement a piece of writing. Much of the magic of this co-creation is the synchronicity of their respective art forms.
