Sea-Cat lives at the bottom of the sea with his mother, who makes him beautiful jewel-encrusted clothes. Dragon King also lives at the bottom of the sea. He is Lord of Ocean but terribly ashamed of his ugliness.
One day Dragon King overhears the little animals of the deep exclaiming how beautiful Sea-Cat is and he is overcome with jealousy. How can he become as beautiful and fine? What can he do to make sure he shines like a jewel - just like Sea-Cat? Soon a marvellous and inspired compromise is achieved.
