Larry Lickman operates the country's most outrageous private marriage guidance and sex therapy practice. Larry himself as an insatiable craving for most kinds of extreme sex and his counselling is extremely unorthodox - to put it mildly. (And Larry never puts it mildly).
His staff don't exactly help matters.
