Chaos has broken out at Orsom Towers.
Sir Arthur is sure the new residents are terrorists and sets up an elaborate surveillance system. Snott and the Gang start their own investigation but the evidence they uncover suggests that, for once, the Chairman might actually be right!
Meanwhile Ben has another problem to deal with when his old mate Scott, who is visiting for the holidays, turns nasty.
And then Dr Payne s hippie relatives move in and cause havoc with their bizarre habits.
If that's not enough, Mr X is convinced the place has been invaded by aliens, and he s beginning to sound convincing!
